PCCLB

PCCLB

The Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board investigates reports of unlicensed contractors.

Did you know, if you are a Florida licensed contractor that works in Pinellas County you must also be licensed with Pinellas County? This is a seperate license, with an additional application required.

Did you know that a homeowner can receive a citation or fine for hiring an unlicensed contractor to do work on their home?

Always make sure you check both the Florida and the Pinellas County sites below to ensure your contractor is properly licensed for the job before you hire them.
